About SFL Attic

What this site is

SFL Attic is a local guide to attic insulation in Miami, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.

We read the energy code, the utility rules and the public price guides. Then we put the plain version here, with the source and the date next to every number.

We are not an installer. We do not do the work ourselves.

What happens if you tell us about your project

We are not booking jobs yet. If you tell us about your attic, we keep your details and let you know when a local installer is available. Your details go to an installer only with your consent. We are lining up that installer now, and we will name them on this page when they sign.

How we handle facts

• Every number has a named public source, or it is marked as our arithmetic.
• Every page shows the date it was last updated.
• If we cannot confirm a claim, we leave it out. We found no survey of real attic R-values by year built, so we do not say what older attics hold.
• Our price ranges come from national guides, not South Florida quotes, and we say so.

What you will not find here

This site shows no customer reviews, awards, staff photos or before-and-after photos. We have none to show. When real ones exist, they will be real and shown with permission.

Corrections
